At 12TLINE LLC, customer satisfaction is important to us. Because our services are digital and often involve time, expertise, and custom work, the following refund policy applies.
Eligibility for Refunds
Clients may request a refund within 7 days of purchase if no substantial work has been initiated on the project.
Refund requests must be submitted in writing through our support email.
Non-Refundable Services
The following services are generally non-refundable:
- Completed SEO work
- Delivered audits and reports
- Completed marketing consultations
- Active advertising campaign management
- Content creation already delivered
- Email marketing campaigns already configured or deployed
- Any custom marketing work completed at the client’s request
Partial Refunds
In certain circumstances, partial refunds may be issued if work has begun but has not been substantially completed.
Refund amounts are determined based on the amount of work already performed.
Chargebacks
Customers are encouraged to contact us before initiating a chargeback with their payment provider.
Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may be disputed with supporting evidence of service delivery.
